The Allergy Clinic administers allergy injections to students under the direction of their allergist or other physician.

Allergy Clinic Guidelines

Students who have started an allergy desensitization program (allergy shots) with an allergist can get their shots at the Bailey Health Center during the regular school year.

Kindly print and complete the following forms.  These documents can be faxed to 610-330-5704 or dropped off with your serums at the health center.

  • Allergy shots are administered by appointment only during regular business hours. You will need to wait in the Allergy Clinic for 30 minutes after receiving your injections. 
  • Please note: We will not administer first doses of allergy injections.
  • All allergy serum/records must be at the health center at least 24 hours prior to receiving injections.
  • For pick-up of allergy serum and records, call 610-330-5001 to schedule a time.
  • There is a one-time fee of $200 yearly for supplies and administrative services. 
  • A provider must be present in the office.
  • Initial allergy testing is not performed at the Health Center.
