Employees
Employees can receive their Flu Vaccine at Bailey Health Center on September 28th and 29th.. Clinics will be held behind Bailey Health Center. Due to an increase in interest this year, vaccine is limited. Please be aware that the college insurance plan does cover the vaccine in out patient clinics like CVS and Walgreens.
Please be aware of some changes this year:
* Clinics will be held outside, under a tent in the Bailey Parking lot, please come dressed appropriately.
* We ask that you print The Consent Form and bring it with you already completed.
* Clinic is for part-time and full-time employees.
